Welcome to CV Mastery, a web-based CV and resume builder ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CV Mastery website https://cvmastery.co (the "Website") and our CV and resume builder service, https://app.cvmastery.co (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Services Provided

CV Mastery offers tools for CV and resume creation, access to various templates, subscription-based services, and account creation and management.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription and Payment Terms

CV Mastery offers one-time subscription plans that provide access to premium features for a specified period, based on the subscription amount you choose. The details of the available subscription plans, including the duration and pricing, are provided on the Website. Payment for subscriptions is processed through PayPal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fee for the selected subscription plan.

Your access to premium features will begin immediately upon successful payment and will continue for the duration specified in your subscription plan. At the end of the subscription period, your access to premium features will automatically expire unless you purchase a new subscription. We do not automatically renew subscriptions, and you will need to manually renew or purchase a new subscription to continue using premium features.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of the purchase date if you have not accessed or used any of the premium features associated with your subscription.

  • If you have used any premium features, including generating CVs and resumes with premium templates or accessing other premium tools, the subscription will be considered used, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@cvmastery.co.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • To engage in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.

  • To infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  • To access or attempt to access the accounts of other users without permission.

  • To share your account credentials with others.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase, PayPal, and Invisible reCAPTCHA. These third-party services have their own terms and conditions, which you must agree to when using those services through our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Botswana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

In the interest of resolving disputes efficiently, you agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
